“ I did not expect much from airport sandwiches but oh my!! Grab it next time youre in Lima! It was so good. The staff was so nice and helpful! ”
“ Delicious sandwich and fast service, with separate English menu which helps a lot ”
“ Very good food! Scan the QR code for menu in multiple languages. The pollo a la brasa (rotisserie chicken sandwich) was very good. The papas fritas were very crispy and flavorful, and the chicha morada was good too. Staff are very friendly and helped to take our trash (even though I tried to do it myself). ”
“ Located inside the airport food court. Food is soooo good. The food court has many options for international people as well such as McDonald, KFC, Starbucks Dunkin’ Donuts and others but of course leaving Peru I wanted to continue the amazing flavor this country has to offer. Tried this food chain “LA LUCHA SANGUCHERIA CRIOLLA” and was not disappointed. I had the pollo a la Brasa sandwich which has some great sauce mixed in the sandwich. Order side fries and coffee (picture) Flavor is so good. Even the coffee has a great taste. 10/10. Cost $32.30 ($12.22 CAD) Not bad for a coffee, Fries and chicken sandwich but the flavor wins it all. Service is super fast and they even give you a buzzer incase you can’t hear them call you but it was so fast that I didn’t need the buzzer but nice idea. Food court has tons of seats so you can always find somewhere to sit. Overall very happy with the choice they offer, the flavor they provide and the amazing service tops it all. Great job!! ”
“ Great sandwichs, drinks and what not. This “fast-food” concept just makes sense. Everyone should follow this business model. It’s customer-oriented without the rush feeling of a McDonald’s in America. Please, get franchises all over the world, you have the perfect opportunity to take over the meet-eating population. Did I mention all of the AMAZING SANDWICHS? ”
“ Located at the Jorge Chavez International Airport, La Lucha is a popular food chain that has delicious sandwiches. Unlike other locations, this one features a special deal that includes Chicha Morada and Small Fries. Even though it's busy at the airport, the service is fast, and the food is consistent with the other locations. During our visit, we ordered a variety of items like Chicharrón, Lechón a la Leña, Jugo de Mango, Chicha Morada, and Papas Huayro Junior. The Chicharrón stood out with its delightful flavour, with a layer of sweet potato that enhanced the overall sandwich. The Lechón was seasoned well and we enjoyed the balance of red onions flavour. The buns, fries, and beverages were all noted to be fresh and delicious, contributing to a satisfying meal. Additionally, condiments such as Ketchup, Tartare, and Aji Amarillo Sauce (Peruvian Chili Pepper) are placed on the far right side of the counter. Service at this location was fast and efficient, with customers receiving a buzzer device to indicate when their food is ready for pick-up. However, this location shares access with the public and is accessible pre-security, which can lead to a busy food court, making it somewhat challenging to find seating during peak times. ”
“ Our first bites as soon as we landed here in Peru and they were good ones! Of course we wanted to try something different other than what we would get from back home and although this is probably a popular chain down here, this was deliciously ethnic in flavor to us and we enjoyed our sandwiches and chicha morada! The fillings were flavorful especially the chicharron lined with a sweet potato. The buns were fresh as were the veggies. The fries had a really rich potato flavor. All in all, a great first dining experience here in Peru! ???????? ”
“ Not as great as their other locations. Pretty good for airport food though. Order was a little slow, but they give you a buzzer to call you when your food is ready. Still better than the other food options around. ”
